My favourite Chardonnay so far.
Open up my first bottle of Pierro Chardonnay during friend’s visit. The wine didn’t disappoint me, rich flowery aroma and the palate is very solid and firm.
We had SA oysters as Entree (with Moet Champagne). And then Mussels, prawns and baked Alaska king crab legs.
Very good combination and very busy on the meal… hence forgot to take any pictures on food !
