One of my favorite restaurants in Bunbury…

The lunch set menu on Sunday is quite a bargain, $35 with 3 courses. We tasted this set lunch again on the Father’s day.

The entrée is the pumpkin soup which is very creamy this time. I like the texture and it is kind of silky !

The main course we picked are the Seafood Pie and the Chicken Cacciatore. The seafood pie is not bad and quite consistent as my wife is keen on seafood. The chicken cacciatore is good as well but compared to the Lamb Shanks (head chef Peter’s favorite as well) I would pick lambs shank again next time.

Seafood Pie – A fine selection of seafood, pink snapper, prawns and scallops in a rich mornay sauce topped with puff pastry and served with a garden salad.

Chicken Cacciatore – homemade chicken cacciatore with roasted capsicums in a rich tomato sauce served with mash potato.

The desserts we picked are not disappointed. Very pleasant presentation and delicious.

Oh… Free beer for father on this Father’s day !

All in all, not just the foods, we love the environment of this restaurant and the friendly chefs and staffs as well !
