Seems like it’s hard to document every wine tasting. My intention to blog every wine and keep it as my memory… however, it’s difficult. For the last 18 months, I can only write just some of them. Thus, I am thinking in this year-end, I should have a brief review of what I have tasted and what are those remarkable and impressive to me.
Although I didn’t have any solid objectives for the last year or so… I believe I have somethings in my mind if I read through what I have published so far:
1. To explore more diverse wine grapes, type and country. Since we moved to WA, we have more good Aussie wines for sure. However, we didn’t leave our French wines behind… also, a lot of others from old world and new world.
2. To search for some good wines with lower or reasonable price tag. Expensive wine should be good but not always. Inexpensive wines are not necessarily so-so… some are indeed outstanding.
Moving on, I would try to look for some wines with its own character… not tailor-made to become a certain style, etc.
